What we collect

• Business contact details from public sources (business websites, LinkedIn, Companies House): name, role, work email, business.
• Order details when you buy: name, email, business, what you bought. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Emails you send us.
• Basic, cookie-free page statistics (pages viewed, rough location, device type).

Why, and the lawful basis (UK GDPR)

• Contacting businesses about our service: legitimate interests. Under PECR we email corporate addresses only and every email lets you opt out.
• Fulfilling an order: contract.
• Keeping accounts records: legal obligation (HMRC requires six years).

Who we share it with

Only providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and statistics), Resend (order emails), Google Workspace (email), and Instantly (outreach email). Some process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.

How long we keep it

Prospect details: up to 12 months after last contact, or immediately on request. Customer and accounts records: six years.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object, including to all marketing at any time. Email nathan@signetfilm.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
